How would ownership work?
We would develop membership, voting rights, contributor pay and the use of profits together. This is an early proposal, not an established company or an offer of shares, paid roles or financial returns.
Independent of the City
Community-owned, not City-owned. A path forward without municipal funding or council control.
No local data centre
No server farm proposal. Software and AI may help with some projects, with their use discussed openly.
Start small, learn together
Find a real problem, bring the right people together, then test whether the solution helps and has customers.

Am I committing to anything?
No. Expressing interest is not an investment request or a commitment to unpaid work. Sending an idea does not transfer ownership. Please leave out trade secrets and other people's personal information.
What happens after I share something?
Beaux Walton is gathering ideas and potential collaborators. If you leave an email, he can follow up. We would agree scope, resources and contributor terms before starting any project.
Could the City become involved?
The City could become a customer or partner. The intention remains community ownership, independent of municipal ownership, funding or council control.
How is my response handled?
Responses are for reviewing ideas and following up. They are private unless you tick the separate public-sharing option. That option permits sharing the feedback or suggestion without your name or contact details, after review. It does not publish anything automatically. Contact Beaux to withdraw permission for future sharing.
Direct form responses are emailed to Beaux's private inbox through Resend. Resend, Vercel and Beaux's email provider process data to provide this service, potentially outside Canada. Email drafts are sent only when you send them through your email provider. No analytics or advertising trackers are included, and this website does not send your response to an AI model or sell it.
